UNLESS OTHERWISE ACKNOWLEDGED, THESE RULES APPLY TO ALL PROMOTIONS BROADCAST OR OPERATED BY

REGENT BROADCASTING OF UTICA/ROME, INC. VARIED ONLY AS CIRCUMSTANCES MAY REQUIRE. ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE RULES. THE SUBMISSION OF AN ENTRY SHALL BE DEEMED TO INDICATE ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES. 

• Our promotions are intended to simply be fun without the intention of creating legal relations. Entry does not create an enforceable contract.
• Unless otherwise stated, no purchase or payment of any kind is required. Entries must be received by the radio station before the closing date and/or time subject to the absolute discretion of Regent Broadcasting of Utica/Rome, Inc., late entries will not be considered.
• Where the prize may be won by a numbered caller or participant, the selection of the winning entrant will be at Regent Broadcasting of Utica/Rome, Inc.’s sole discretion.
• Regent Broadcasting of Utica/Rome, Inc. cannot be held responsible for any difficulty in communication with the radio station by telephone or other means.
• While every care will be taken, Regent Broadcasting of Utica/Rome, Inc. cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery, delay, or loss of an entry. Proof of posting is not accepted as proof of delivery. The decision of Regent Broadcasting of Utica/Rome, Inc. as to acceptance of an entry shall be final.
• All entries become the property of Regent Broadcasting of Utica/Rome, Inc. and cannot be returned (unless other wise stated).
• Entrants agree to their name and hometown being published on the air and elsewhere. They agree to their participation being broadcast, recorded and repeated.
• Only the stated prize(s) may be won. There will not be a cash or prize alternative to the stated prize. All prizes won are non-transferable. Cash prizes will be paid by check payable to winning individual. Regent Broadcasting of Utica/Rome, Inc. will not be responsible for any lost or misappropriated check.
• In the event of the stated prize becoming unavailable Regent Broadcasting of Utica/Rome, Inc. will arrange the supply of an appropriate, alternative prize of similar value at Regent Broadcasting of Utica/Rome, Inc.’s discretion.
• A prize will not be awarded to a person who, for any reason, would not be allowed by law to purchase or use the prize where the supply to that person would be unlawful.
• Prizes may be won by individuals 18 years of age and older. Entrants outside such limits will be disqualified.
• Unless otherwise stated, only one winner per household, per 30 days for minor prizes valued under $100. Major prizes, valued over $100 or designated by Regent Broadcasting to be a "major prize", may be won once every 6 months.
• Regent Broadcasting of Utica/Rome, Inc. will notify the winner by broadcast, by telephone, or in writing of the arrangements for collection or delivery of the prize. Any prize not claimed and/or collected within 30 days of the first notification shall remain the property of Regent Broadcasting of Utica/Rome, Inc. to do with, as it considers fit. While Regent Broadcasting of Utica/Rome, Inc. will use its best endeavors to ensure that the actual winner receives prizes, they shall not be responsible for any failure to do so.
• Unless otherwise stated, all prizes must be collected at the station during regular business hours, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
• The decision of Regent Broadcasting of Utica/Rome, Inc. is final. No correspondence will be entered into concerning Regent Broadcasting of Utica/Rome, Inc.’s decisions or interpretation of the rules.
• Regent Broadcasting of Utica/Rome, Inc. reserves the right to reject claims or applications and to alter, amend or foreclose a promotion without prior notice.
• Any taxes: local, state, or federal due on items or cash won valued at $600 or more are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• All winners must be from the central New York Region (75-mile radius from the station) located at 9418 River Road, Marcy, NY 13403.
